Understand your competitors – what are they doing and how are they getting more and more customers.

2.    Fill-up our Voids– If as a business you are lagging behind your competitors, there must be something you are missing out on. Try to find out what is it and fill-up the voids with something useful. Plan up a strategy and start working on it as soon as possible.

3.    Try and Bag Opportunities from Large Clients – If you haven’t done it already, then its time you should go for large clients. Larger clients can regularly bring about more business and increased incomes, which implies more assets for marketing and hiring new employees. In any case, large clients can likewise be less demanding to service than littler organizations. 4.    Create Customer Centric Goods – Your business should be completely customer centric and not competitor centric. Do surveys on what customers are looking for.
